Alinity Divine

Alinity has been a part of a lawsuit against Twitch. Erik Estavillo, a Twitch viewer who is from California filed a civil lawsuit asking for $25 million damages from Twitch for exposing them to "overly sexually suggestive content from various female streamers" while using the site. According to court records that were obtained by Dexerto the plaintiff who has previously sued Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo and Blizzard Entertainment, presented the formal complaint to the court on June 15 seeking to file a suit, and Twitch itself was issued an official summons in June 19. Estavillo is a man who, according to the complaint he filed in Santa Clara Superior Court of California submitted on June 15, suffers from obsessive/compulsive disorders including sexual addiction as well as other ailments that cause him to depend solely on the internet to entertain himself. The complaint also claims Twitch can cause more harm to these disorders. There are also female Twitch streamers and claimed that they "continue to expose users to sexy and addictive material on a frequent and regular schedule." Alinity is not listed. The complaint calls for each of these streamers to be permanently barred from Twitch because they violated the Terms of Service. It also wants to receive $25 million in damages, which would "be divided equally among the plaintiff, any other Twitch Turbo Subscribers, and any funds left." Alinity Alinity Alinity
