Colson Kelly (aka Machine Gun Kelly) is a rap musician who is known for his unique style. Baker was born in Houston, Texas on April 22 of 1990. He was born into an German and English Scottish family. As a child Baker spent a large amount of time travelling with his parents, who were missionaries. The father James Colson Baker struggled with depression and joblessness as did the mother Sonia Alane left them when the age of nine. Baker and his father along with their aunt, relocated to Denver and moved to Denver. Baker was a target of bullying because that he was poor by other children. When he was in sixth grade, he began listening to rap. Colson Baker popularly known as Machine Gun Kelly was born on 22 April 1990 in Texas the U.S. He is known for fusing hip-hop that is contemporary and alternative with rock music into his songs. Baker released four mixtapes prior to signing with Bad Boy Records between 2007-2010. The Cleveland rapper who penned songs at the speed of a speeding bullet experienced an explosive rise when, 2011 was the year he made the switch from self-released mixtapes to established labels. Then his career exploded with each of his albums ranking within the top ten.
